NTT Europe and NTT Europe Online to Become One Identity

‎ NTT Europe, Telecommunications provider is set to merge with their web hosting ‎subsidiary NTT Europe Online, as part of their overall strategy to hasten international ‎growth to become a single ICT solution provider.‎

NTT Europe is currently providing ICT infrastructure, consisting of a Global Tier 1 ‎Internet backbone, several secure private networks, managed services, varied data center ‎services and global content delivery.‎

NTT Europe Online had been operating along with NTT Europe as a fully owned ‎subsidiary of NTT Europe from October 2006, managing hosting and related services, ‎like security infrastructure and application management.

The merger would convert NTT Europe to become a compact and united service provider ‎capable of providing more comprehensive ICT solutions. The transfers of business, staff ‎and all other assets would be covered country by country. The processes have been ‎completed in France, UK and Germany. The transfers are being processed at Netherlands, ‎Switzerland and Spain. Once all the transfers are completed everywhere, NTT Europe ‎Online would be liquidated.
