The current center in Singapore is based in Tai Seng, Singapore at the Tata ‎Communications Exchange Internet data center. The service agreement under ‎InstaCompute offers unlimited customer support, management of multiple IP addresses, ‎meeting load balancing and firewall requirements and credits passed on to the consumer ‎in the event service down time.‎

The pay-as-you-use model permits Asia Pacific businesses to tap into global IT ‎communications via the Internet.‎ Consumers can avail a free trial of the offerings and decide upon their requirements, like ‎traditional hosting services, co-location services, hybrid services combined with cloud, ‎and direct connectivity. Pre-and-post-paid billing options in various currencies are also ‎offered, using credit cards or traditional invoicing, as well as web-based services. ‎Administrators can set up data for individual users and use project structures to allocate ‎user access and monitor spending.
