The Viera Tablet From Panasonic

Panasonic Viera HDTVs; shortly to hit the market, is Panasonic’s version of the Viera ‎tablet.

The Android-based handheld device would contain intuitive touch control, and ‎access various cloud-based services through Panasonic Viera HDTVs.‎ Panasonic is expanding the Viera 3DTV market and also in developing content ‎development for the TV market. The Viera tablet would offer various screen size options ‎from four to 10 inches as a “tablet-type terminal” that would function closely with the ‎HDTV as an enhanced remote control with access to the TV’s various applications such ‎as Facebook or Twitter or even shop online. It can also function as a sub-screen to view ‎scenes from the HDTV at different angles. This might yltimately lead to keyboard-less ‎netbook, or an ebook reader with a screen. The tablet has been launched in Japan‎.
