Miva Merchant And Hostasaurus Come Together

Miva Merchant , a Web hosting provider has acquired fellow hosting provider ‎Hostasaurus for an unrevealed sum. As a result, Hostasaurus will now offer products and ‎services under the Miva Merchant brand.‎

The entire customers owing allegiance to Hostasaurus would continue to avail features ‎without any change in prices. In a few months, the services would be upgraded with their ‎new consolidated server control panel and Miva Merchant SaaS hosting plans. The ‎pricing would be based on the current Miva Merchant hosting offerings and pricing, and ‎the migrations would be taken up on a site-by-site basis.‎ Customers would be informed in advance about any scheduled downtime or server based ‎changes that could impact their site.

Co-founder of Hostasaurus, David Hubbard, has ‎taken over as the chief information officer of Miva Merchant who would work with ‎Jennifer Ferraz, now senior VP of hosting services.‎ The two would lead the Miva Merchant SaaS platform. The services include PCI service ‎provider certification, network architecture planning, and future infrastructure growth ‎initiatives.‎

The quality and service that characterized Hostasaurus in the Miva Merchant ecommerce ‎community would be persistently maintained.‎ The merger is a real win-win situation for all their combined customers, ‎allowing Hostasaurus to focus on the underlying architecture. The ‎combined customer base would have more access and hands-on ‎support from Miva Merchant’s dedicated support team.‎
