Bolt Introduces Scalable Reseller Hosting Plans

Canadian Web host Bolt has introduced scalable reseller hosting plans, merely within two ‎weeks of offering shared hosting plans of unlimited scale.‎

The company was focused solely on shared web hosting and wanted to offer reseller ‎plans for a while. They observed that customers outgrew their shared hosting plans.

The new reseller plans are priced between $14.99 to $75.99 per month for 25GB to ‎‎2.5TB of bandwidth. The plans between 25GB to 250GB of storage are also ‎available. cPanel control panel would be made available to their customers, and the ‎company would manage their customers through a central WHM Reseller panel.‎

The company had created ten reseller plans suited to the entire range of hosting reseller ‎requirements and needs. Two optional services capable of empowering hosting resellers ‎were also available – the White Label Branding and End User Support. Customers could ‎choose either of these services while purchasing their reseller hosting plan. End User ‎Support, enabling resellers to direct their respective customers to avail Bolt Web Hosting ‎support was also included in the plans.‎

Bolt was extending 24/7 support to their existing customers, along with their ‎resellers. Most of the resellers did not have the time to provide continuous support to ‎their customers, although they possessed adequate skills and resources to handle support ‎requests. This extra feature enabled resellers to lower costs.‎
