Best Hosting Websites
What are the best hosting websites on the internet? Rather than discuss specific features as we do in other posts, let’s take a look at the style of the best hosting websites on the internet. From the mundane to the sleek, the cool to the saggy, we lay down a critical eye on a rather overlooked aspect of the industry. We took the five biggest web hosting companies we could think of, and ranked them not on performance, but on STYLE!
Best Hosting Websites’ winner:
1. DreamHost

DreamHost has a sleek website, well-designed, and simple. Based on the page you go to, you are either greeted with a friendly face or sometimes even a goofy (but adorable) child, which may be in line with a corporate atmosphere that tries to be hip. Their employee profile pages may even be a first for web hosting or any major corporation for that matter: all the senior employees listed are using school year photos (though the newer hires often use recent photos). It’s certainly innovative and fresh, but above all the site loads quite faster than many of their competition’s, despite having such a sleek and easy to navigate design.
2. Hostgator
Hostgator is commonly recognized as one of the most popular hosting websites (due to great customer service and advanced tech support) on the net. Hostgator’s website is consistently similar from year to year. What it lacks in outright style, it makes up for in quick loading times, and consistent, seasonal decorations, cause decorations such as the recent pink gator for Breast Cancer awareness, and a Greener Hostgator for their “Green Web Hosting” promotions, Hostgator maintains an interesting website to view.
